What is Pilates?
Pilates is a total body workout with a strong emphasis on strengthening and stabilising the core muscles which support the lumbar spine.

Pilates can be adapted to suit people of every age and level of fitness.
How will it benefit me?
Stabilising and strengthening your "Core" with Pilates training will allow your body to move effortlessly and more efficiently, with a greater base of support.

Monday - 9.30am & 10.30am
Tuesday - 5.30pm
Wednesday - 9.30am
Wednesday - 6.00pm Intermediate
Wednesday - 7.00pm Basic
Saturday - 9.00am Intermediate
Saturday - 10.00am Basic
