How do I get started?

As a new Brighton Fitness member, you will be offered a complimentary session with one of our personal trainers.  The session includes a orientation of our well equipped weights and cardio studios as well as a personalised program and instruction on how to use the equipment and perform the exercises safely and effectively.  We recommend that you update your personalised program every 4 to 6 weeks which is also complimentary.

If you enjoy the option of working out at your own pace and at any time of the day, the gym and cardio facilites are ideal for you.

Mon-Thurs: 6:00am - 9:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 8:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Sunday: 8:30am - 2:00pm
