Class Descriptions

SCULPT: Ideal for anyone who wants an intense toning class! Exercises combining the upper and lower body to strengthen, shape and condition your abs, legs and arms. A total body workout.

FREESTYLE STEP: A Choreographed step class using more advanced & challenging combinations. A solid cardiovascular workout that will also tone and firm legs and bottoms.(50 min)

MMIM: Mature Mobility in Motion! Group fitness class for participants 55+yrs. This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance.(60 min).

Ab Strength:

PILATES: Pilates is a total body workout with a strong emphasis on stregthening & stabilizing the core musclues & lumbar spine.

YOGA: Benefits of yoga include anti-ageing, balance & flexibility. The class will also improve mental value & develop personal & social values.

Les Mills Programs

BODYBALANCE: Bodybalance is the yoga, tai chi, pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength & leaves you feeling centred & calm.

BODYPUMP: Bodypump is the original barbell class that strenghtens your entire body. This 60min workout challenges all your major muscle groups.

BODYCOMBAT: Bodycombat is the empowering cardio workout where you ae totally unleased. You strike, kick, punch & kata your way to superior fitness

BODYATTACK: Bodyattack is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength & stamina. This high level (with low impact options) energy interval training class combines easy to follow moves. Powerful music motivates everyone towards their fitness goals.

RPM: RPM is an indoor cycling program designed to develop cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 700 calories in one 45-minute session, RPM is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat. Known to devotees as "the rock concert on wheels"

BODYSTEP: Taking Step back to what made it so popular for years. Adjustable height of the step for intensity, slower speeds & simple choreography allows you to maximize the workout, hence the great results.
