Yoga |

Yoga combines vigorous, body-heat-building movements and strengthening postures with slow, sustained stretches to improve flexibility. Yoga also places particular importance to awareness of the quality of breath and focus of mind. Gregarious, engaging and compassionate, Our Instructors are completely devoted to the individual needs of their students and encourages them to overcome their limitations through dedicated practice. Yoga classes aim to do something fun and positive for the mind, body and soul. Yoga is accessible to all levels, ages and bodies.
