Our Brighton Fitness Personal Trainers will motivate and inspire you to assist you in gaining MAXIMUM results.

This is a professional service provided to assist you in gaining maximum results from your body. A personal trainer will guide you through each individualised session to ensure you achieve ultimate results safely & effectively.

A variety of Personal Training packages are available including longer sessions and partner training.

What can i expect in a Personal Training Session?

Your Personal Trainer will guide you through an exercise session specifically designed to achieve results greater than you can manage on you own.

Personal Training sessions may include functional strength exercises designed to strengthen and tone the muscles to give the body an overall workout.

We also offer a cross-training workout which may include high intensity aerobic conditioning (such as boxing) and resistance training together in a circuit type workout.
