Fitball |

This is a core strengthening program that uses a fitball as an unstable base. It is designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment. This program is low impact and unique in offering an excellent toning and strengthening workout whilst continually challenging the core stabilizers. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. We use hand weights for some exercises but options will always be provided.
